Easy Pay Option: To make paying your electric bill easier and faster, we recently installed a new payment station at our Lyons office. Using the touch-screen computer, you type in your electric account number and then swipe your credit/debit card. Now you don’t have to wait in the sometimes long line at the payment counter to pay your bill. This system also acceptse-checks if you have a profile setup in our computer system. Pay Your Bill Online: Pay your monthly electric bill with the ease of your home computer. Simply click on "Pay Bill Online" and follow the simple steps; typing in your account number, except for the last two digits. (For example, if your account number is 1234501, you will enter 12345.) You will also be asked for a password. The first time you enter the site, use your account number, minus the last two digits, as your password. You will then be prompted to change your password to one of your own choosing. Online payments can be made using your checking account (e-check) or your credit/debit card.
